Which rate applies to me?
Fees are decided by the window on the day you register — currently Regular. Your rate is fixed when you submit, so a later price change does not affect you.
How do the Free member seats seats work?
There are 200 left of 200. Apply as EACE member and your application joins a queue — the organiser approves them in the order they arrive, and you will be emailed either way. Nothing is charged while you wait.
Why is a membership ID required?
Member rates are checked against the organisation's membership roster. Enter the ID exactly as it appears on your card — capitalisation does not matter.
How do I pay?
After registering you get a ticket code and a link to your registration page, where the available payment methods are shown. You can return to that link at any time to check your status.
